Ironic that there seems little interest in occupying the former Ocky White store site.

Maybe potentially interested parties are worried, and not without justification, that they might be troubled by the unquiet spirits of those poor people who, incorrectly, as it transpired, thought that would be their final resting place.

Ironic, also, that an earlier generation was able to erect a perfectly fine building without disturbing their rest. Did the site actually need redeveloping? Can we leave nothing alone? Maybe a case where, not for the first time, hubris leads, inevitably, to nemesis.
