On Tuesday we went to the gym, we had to do 10 minutes on a circuit, doing press ups, squats, opposite arm and leg, half sits and other things.

We then would swap around and go on the weights for 10 minutes, and had to do one set of 15 reps.

We then swapped again and went onto the cardiovascular which was a cross trainer, running machine or a bike and had to do this for another 10 minutes and then repeat everything again.

This was good because you was working as a individual even though you were in groups, it gave you the chance to push yourself a bit.

It helped when you was in groups though because if you were slowing down or thought you couldn’t do any more, you always had someone to push you through and keep you going, like plumb and zack did for me, with them two with me I was able to complete everything and they helped me work hard because it was a bit of competition.
