An American writer is making the trip all the way from Palm Springs to Fishguard today (Saturday) for the third Gwaun Writers’ Festival.
Theatr Gwaun’s third such event will be held this evening and is attracting a large international following.
The number of entries from America topped 200, and the organisers had the almost impossible task of whittling those down to three, to make sure local authors of all ages also had a chance to have their plays, poems and stories performed live on stage.
The works are all written by all ages and will be performed by the talented Best Foot Forward Drama Group.
Frank Shima from Palm Springs will be in the audience to see his work brought to life.
Theatr Gwaun is a community cinema, supported by a dedicated team of volunteers, which shows a wide range of screenings and events are on show at the theatre throughout the year.
Tickets for all Theatr Gwaun events and films are available now at theatrgwaun.com or by calling them on 01348 873421.
