A woman has today admitted setting fire to the Premier Inn at Haverfordwest while there were 133 people inside.
Georgina Tranter, aged 26, attended a plea and case management hearing before Judge Chris Vosper at Swansea crown court.
Tranter, of Redstone Court, Narberth, admitted a charge of arson on January 18 while being reckless as to whether life would be endangered.
She denied a more serious charge of arson with intent to endanger life.
The charges accuse her of setting fire to a door and a carpet.
Brian Simpson, prosecuting, said that plea was not acceptable and Tranter will stand trial accused of the more serious offence.
Tranter, dressed in a smart black suit, whispered her pleas from the dock of the court.
Mr Simpson said the prosecution case against her was already complete.
Tranter, who is being held in custody, will back in court on June 18 for the first day of her trial.
