It's Day Two of the 2XU Long Course Wekend, and 2,500 cyclists hit the road in Pembrokeshire.

Riders left in waves from Tenby since 7am, with the early birds embarking on the 112-mile route around south Pembrokeshire.

Cyclists faced the toughest challenge on a brutal course when they tackled Saundersfoot's St Bride's Hill.

Crowds gathered to offer support to the riders in their bid to make it to the top of the incline in the fastest time to claim the title of Ceepo King, Queen and Junior of the Hill and the honour of wearing the spotted jersey..

Long Course 2013 title holder, Dominic Rohan-Gates was the first elite athlete up the hill.
