Fishguard lifeboat crew took a step back in time on Tuesday when they were photographed for an ambrotype, a plate glass photograph used by the Victorians.
Photographer, Jack Lowe, visited the lifeboat station as part of his Lifeboat Station Project.
Lifelong RNLI supporter, Jack, is visiting all 237 RNLI lifeboat stations in the UK and Republic of Ireland, capturing stunning glass images along the way.
He uses a Wet Plate Collodion, a Victorian process that allows him to record stunning images on glass. His unique photographs are developed in a decommissioned NHS ambulance, transformed into a mobile darkroom.
