The marriage took place recently of Tory Hughes, daughter of Sandy and Mike Hughes, of Aberforrest, Newport, and Richard Shuttleworth, son of Carol and Graham Shuttleworth, of Lewes, East Sussex.
The wedding took place at St Mary's Church, Newport, followed by a beachside marquee reception.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a strapless ivory silk gown.
The bridesmaids were Charlotte John and Jo Hughes (bride's sisters) and Angharad Rees and Emma Thomson.
The best man was Ben Hawes, assisted by ushers Ben Hughes (bride's brother) Alistair Boyse and Ed Lucas.
Richard and Tory are both vets and are presently living in the Midlands.
