HERBRANDSTON proved too strong for St Clears, to pick up their tenth win of the season.
Leigh Galdo’s Herbie troops led 3-1 at half-time. Scott Reid struck a sublime left footed shot that flew in the top corner from 25 yards out. Hayden Dimond struck another screamer from wide out for the second. Daniel Munn headed home Reid’s cross for the third, Nick Squire pulled one back for the visitors. Dimond slotted past Kev Gronw for his second goal of the game, the visitors responded as striker Steve Thomas fired in from close range. Reid beat four defenders before smashing home from a tight angle for a brilliant solo effort to complete the scoring.
