Ben Fawcett scored twice to earn Hakin United a famous West Wales Under-14s Cup victory over Sandfields at Stebonheath, Llanelli, on Tuesday night.

The Young Vikings were crowned league champions last week, and followed up with this fantastic victory, which pleased proud coaches Colin Fawcett and Daisy Picton.

Despite trailing one-nothing against the Swansea League outfit at the interval Hakin fought back with a superb second half display. Lee Davies set-up Fawcett who equalised ten minutes after the break. Camron Thomas fed Fawcett who crossed for Lee Davies to finish superbly for the second. Fawcett added a third with a terrific low left foot drive that flew in the far corner.

Sandfields replied with a late goal, but the Vikings deservedly held on to claim a famous win.
